1.1 The supplier sells products on www.atlalfromgalbi.com and conducts its e-commerce activity exclusively towards end users who qualify as final consumers.
1.2 By "final consumer(s)," we mean any individual acting for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity they may conduct. If you are not a "final consumer," we kindly ask you to refrain from conducting commercial transactions on www.atlalfromgalbi.com.
1.3 Based on the commercial policy described above, the supplier reserves the right not to process orders from any person who is not a "final consumer" or from orders that do not comply with its commercial policy as outlined herein.

2. How to conclude a contract with the supplier
2.1 To purchase one or more products on www.atlalfromgalbi.com, you must fill out the electronic order form and send it to the supplier electronically, following the provided instructions.
2.2 The order form includes a summary of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, essential information on each product ordered, the applicable prices, accepted payment methods, delivery methods and timing, shipping costs, conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal, and the process and timeline for returning purchased products.
2.3 The contract is deemed concluded when the supplier receives your order form electronically and confirms the accuracy of the order details.
2.4 Before purchasing the products by submitting the order form, you are requested to read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully, print a copy using the "print" option, and keep or save a copy for your personal use.
2.5 The order form will be stored in our database for the time strictly necessary to process and ship the orders, in accordance with applicable legal time limits.
2.6 Before submitting the order form, you are also requested to identify and correct any data entry errors.
2.7 Orders must be submitted in French.
2.8 Once the contract is concluded, the supplier will take charge of your order.
2.9 If the products shown on www.atlalfromgalbi.com are no longer available or on sale at the time of your last access or after submitting the order form, the supplier will inform you of the product unavailability promptly after receiving your order. If you submitted the order form and paid for the product, the supplier will refund the amount paid within thirty (30) days from the date of your payment.
2.10 By submitting the order form electronically, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in your dealings with the supplier. If you disagree with any of these terms, please do not submit your order form.
2.11 By submitting the order form, you confirm that you are aware of and accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and any additional information on www.atlalfromgalbi.com.
2.12 After submitting your order, the supplier will send you an acknowledgment of receipt by email.
3. Warranty and Product Price Information
3.1 On www.atlalfromgalbi.com, we offer only products branded Atlalfromgalbi. We purchase these products directly from the fashion house and/or its licensed manufacturer.
3.2 The supplier does not sell used, flawed, or products below market standards.
3.3 The essential features of the products are described in each product sheet on www.atlalfromgalbi.com. However, product images and colors may not exactly match the real colors due to internet browsers and screen settings.
3.4 Product prices may be updated. Please check the final sales price before submitting your order form.
3.5 Prices displayed on Atlalfromgalbi are in euros. While we strive to ensure that all prices on our site are accurate, errors may occur.
3.6 Orders from countries or regions not listed on the homepage may not be accepted by the supplier (see Delivery section for exceptions).
3.7 All products come with an identification tag attached by a single-use seal. Please do not remove the tag and seal from purchased products.
3.8 In case you exercise your right of withdrawal, the supplier may refuse the return of products without tags or that have been altered in their essential or qualitative characteristics or have been damaged.
4. Payments
4.1 To pay for products and shipping costs, please follow the procedures specified in your order form.
4.2 If paying by credit/debit card, financial information (such as credit/debit card number or expiration date) will be encrypted and transmitted to Stripe or other banks providing remote electronic payment services, without third-party access. This information will not be used by the supplier except to complete purchase procedures, process refunds in case of returns, or to report fraud to the relevant authorities. Product prices and shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your account once the items are shipped or shortly thereafter.
5. Delivery and Returns
5.1 DELIVERY Shipping takes between 4 and 11 business days from the date of purchase within France. However, this may be extended to 15 business days during periods of high order volume.
5.2 RETURNS Please contact atlalfromgalbi before returning any items. Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date with proof of purchase. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs are not covered by atlalfromgalbi.
Items may be exchanged once. Beyond that, we cannot guarantee a refund.
Made-to-order products such are some printed t-shirts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please check the proudct description to know if you your product is eligible.

6. Changes and Updates
