Shipping Policy

1. Standard Orders

All regular orders are processed and shipped within 4 to 8 business days* after purchase.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and external carrier delays that are beyond our control.

France Delivery takes 2 days.

Europe Delivery takes 5 to 10 days.

Worldwide Delivery takes 7 to 15 days.

2. Pre-Orders

Some ATLAL FROM GALBI pieces are available on a pre-order basis.

If your order a preorder it's indicated on the product description clearly.

This means the item is from a new collection in launching and is currently in production, allowing us to produce responsibly and avoid overstock.

Pre-order items require approximately 3 weeks before shipping.
The estimated delivery timeline is indicated in the product description, so we encourage all customers to carefully read the details before completing their purchase.

Once a pre-order has been placed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as each piece is made specifically for your order.

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the European Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases of goods made to order (including made-to-order or pre-orders), goods that are clearly personalized, items that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (such as underwear or swimwear), or items that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

Furthermore, in the case of a gift, the right of withdrawal applies exclusively to the original purchaser and cannot be exercised by the recipient of the gift.

Please note that pre-ordered items are non-refundable, as they are produced specifically on demand.
